Overview

The West End Tour drives along the Seven Mile Beach into the West Bay district. Our first stop
is the Governors House and is located on the famous 7 Mile Beach. Then we are off to an Old
Time Cayman Home which is over 100 years old and remains with the family that built the
home and is the must photograph place in the Cayman Islands. Who wants to go HELL, rocky
jaggy edges of black limestone. We take a stop to get a sip of rum at the famous Tortuga Rum
(Distillery) Store where you will sample different kinds of Rum and Rum Cakes and then down
the road to the Turtle Farm (Entrance Fee US$15.00 optional) or the Dolphins for free and if you
like you could get a photo getting a kiss from a Dolphin for US$35.00.

What does a minimum of 8 people for a tour mean?

For a tour to operate we will need a minimum of 8 people.

Will I make it back to the ship on time?

Bookings are based on the shipping schedule that is provided by the Port schedule when they receive confirmation of ship arrival. If the shipping time has changed and there is insufficient time, we will inform you and offer another tour that is suitable for you.

Can we use USD in your country?

Yes, USD is the only currency that we accept.

Is there a risk in not booking with the cruise line that I will miss my ship?

The cruise may say that you are booking at your own risk. We will not allow you to miss your ship, our bookings on based on the ship schedule through the Port. If the ship time has changed, we will inform you and offer a more suitable tour for you.

How many terminals are there in Grand Cayman?

There are four terminals in Grand Cayman, and there are three terminals in George Town, Royal Watler, North Terminal, and South Terminal, sometimes they will use the Cargo Dock, which is between Royal and North Terminal. When the weather is good in George Town, we will use the Spotts Dock which is in Spotts which is still in George Town but on the outer side.

What about internet access?

Yes. The Internet can be accessed in most places. Sometimes, there might be some technical problems. The Internet in Nepal is not as fast as you are used to and at times you can just lose connection.

Is it necessary to hire Guides/trekking agency for Annapurna Base Camp trekking?

Not really. It depends on you. If you want, ABC trekking can be done independently. You could hire a guide and a porter by yourself instead of going through an agency or not hire a guide at all. Although, not having a guide can be a little problematic during the offseason.

It really depends on you. Is it your first time in Nepal? How confident are you of being able to find your way around? How pressed on time are you? If you go through an agency, it will be costlier but everything will be planned. You will only have to come, trek and return.

How much do guides and porters cost?

For the Annapurna region, pay for guides range from $20 to $30 per day and porters take $15 to $25 per day.
