Cayman Exquisite Excursions Cancellation and Refund
Certain penalties apply when cancelling a tour with Cayman Exquisite Excursions.

Unless otherwise stated, your tour deposit is completely refundable up to 60 days before the tour
or due to ship canceling the stop in port, including COVID restriction set by the Cayman Islands
Government.
If you decide to cancel your tour reservation after 60 days, the penalty for cancellation will apply as
mentioned and will be deducted according to the chart below.

Cancellations take effect on the date Cayman Exquisite Excursions receives notification.

If you paid with a credit card, your refund will be issued to the same credit card.
If you paid for your trip through an online travel agency, your refund will be sent to that agency.
Shore Excursions: How Much Do They Cost?
Please keep in mind that you will have up to the day to purchase your excursions online ahead of
your tour date.
Weather: If the tour is cancelled due to inclement weather, the whole amount paid will be
reimbursed. Cruise customers who are unable to dock or participate in a tour due to weather
circumstances will receive a full refund.
The Ship
If the ship is not able to stop in port, passengers on a cruise ship that does not arrive in port for
any reason will be refunded 100% of their fare.
No Show
Passengers who do not show up for a tour at the scheduled departure time are not eligible for a
refund. Our representatives will help you arrange another tour, but if none are available, the whole
amount paid will be forfeited and you will be marked as a no show.
Correct Information
It is the client’s obligation to double-check that the information on the ticket is accurate.
If a mistake is stated in the tour selection, date, time, type of tour, or fee due, please notify us
immediately at caymanexquisiteexcursions@gmail.com. Failure to review information for
accuracy, the customer bears the burden.
Cancellation of Tour
At any time and for any reason, Cayman Exquisite Excursions reserves the right to cancel a tour.
If Cayman Exquisite Excursions cancels a tour, the full price will be refunded.
If an individual trip is cancelled owing to safety concerns related to intoxication, the customer will
not be refunded.
Medical Attention
If medical assistance is required during the tour, the customer is responsible for all medical costs,
including but not limited to transportation (by land or air), hospitalization, and prescriptions.
The tour fee will be lost, and will not be compensated.
Opt Out of Tour Prior to Completion
If a person drops out of the tour before it is completed, there will be no reimbursement.
In order to reschedule a tour, the client will be responsible for paying the full fee mentioned for the
tour.
COVID
All staff are tested and immunized on a regular basis.
Should a tour be cancelled due to COVID concerns by Cayman Exquisite Excursions; a full refund
will be granted.
All passengers are required to follow set guidelines by the Cayman Islands government as it
relates to COVID.
Cayman Exquisite Excursions has the right, without prior notice, to cancel any Cayman Exquisite
Excursions. All excursions may be modified without notice. Occasionally, excursions may be
cancelled or postponed. Should this occur, Cayman Exquisite Excursions will attempt to contact
you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures. If an event is cancelled, Cayman Exquisite
Excursions will automatically issue a refund in the same manner and form of payment provided by
the Guest at the time of purchase. Guests agree that neither Cayman Exquisite Excursions ,will be
liable for losses nor damages of any kind resulting from cancellation of an excursion. This includes
travel or other expenses of the Guest. The Guest’s sole compensation is limited to the amount
paid for the excursion ticket.
If a Guest cancels a Cayman Exquisite Excursions tour, they can still rebook from shore for the
same service, but at shore prices. Once Cayman Exquisite Excursions, Cayman Islands has
confirmed purchase of excursions tickets, the cancellation of an excursion by the Guest or
Cayman Exquisite Excursions, does not entitle any Guest to outside privileges by the company.
Guests who attempt to purchase Cayman Exquisite Excursions, tickets online are entitled to
receive a full refund of the charter paid if (a) the spaces are sold out (b) if the cancellation request
is made within 24 hours of the booking. For online cancellations of excursion purchases that occur
before the cut-off window (4 hours prior to time of excursion), a full refund will automatically be
posted to the credit card that was used to pay for the order. Please allow 7-10 business days for
the credit to be posted to your account.
DATE CHANGE – No fee applies to date change or downgrading of ticket.
MINIMUM NUMBER OF PASSENGERS TO OPERATE
Cruise ship passengers will be assigned shuttle at the main cruise ship port terminal. Our shuttle
service operates free of charge. Visitors for pre-booked excursion are asked to arrive at least 20
minutes prior to departure in order to be processed. Departure time stated are local Cayman
Islands time. The Cayman Islands operates a tender system which can delay your arrival to shore.
Always allow adequate time to meet group tour representative on shore.
When hotel guest reserving space online should do so 24 hours prior to the day of the tour. To
ensure pick up from resort location at a cost, please call or e-mail our office at 345 917-3229 if
less than 24 hours of the tour date. Map and driving directions will be provided to the guest using

PAYMENT

ticket reference number.
PRICING
The following pricing chart applies to charges relating to packages online:
Iinfants under age 3 years are FREE of charge.
Children price applies to kids ages 3 – 12 years.
Adult rate applies to persons 13 years and older.
If any infant takes up a seat (sit/car seat) parent/caregiver is responsible for a minimum
cost of tour fee
Cayman Exquisite Excursions has the right to make corrections on ticket and website where
incorrect information has been posted or quoted.
